To initiate a return, please email us with your order details and the reason for the return. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned cap, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method. Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your cap for a different size or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order to ensure prompt fulfillment.
